S20 Series Two Level Energy Efficiency Oil Immersed Transformers

S20 series two-level energy efficiency oil-immersed transformers

Product Description

The S20-M-NX2 series oil-immersed transformers are new models of high-efficiency and energy-saving power transformers in 2021, meeting the second-level energy efficiency standard for oil-immersed transformers, and the capacity ranges from 30 kVA to 2500 kVA. The S20 transformer is an energy-saving type. The no-load, load loss and temperature rise values are significantly lower than those of the S13 transformer. Some regions have strictly required the adoption of S20 transformers and the detection of loss values.

The S20 transformer is an outdoor oil-immersed power transformer. The coil structure is a non-circular concentric coil. The short-circuit impedance is 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, and the temperature rise limit is 60K, which is lower than 65K of the S13 transformer and belongs to the second-level energy consumption model of oil-immersed transformers.

Product Features

● Energy-saving and efficient:

Compared with the S13-type transformer, its no-load loss can be reduced by approximately 10%, the load loss can be reduced by approximately 20%, and the total loss can be reduced by approximately 25%, reducing energy waste. It complies with the national concept of energy conservation and emission reduction and has a low operating cost. Some regions have begun to strictly require the adoption of the S20 transformer and detect loss values.

● Excellent performance:

Adopting a brand-new design scheme, the improvements in aspects such as loss, noise, and temperature rise are significant. For example, its temperature rise limit is 60K, which is lower than the 65K of the S13 transformer.

● Safe and reliable:

After strict testing and quality control, it operates stably and has an excellent short-circuit withstand capacity. It can withstand a large current impact in a short period without damage. The adoption of a sealed structure can effectively prevent the oxidation and aging of the insulation layer, improving the reliability and stability of the transformer.

● Good materials:

The iron core usually adoptssilicon steel sheets of better quality, such as 23ZH80 high-permeability grain-oriented silicon steel sheets. Its hysteresis loss and eddy current loss are significantly lower than those of the ordinary grain-oriented silicon steel sheets of the S13 type. The windings generally use conductors pulled by oxygen-free copper rods with higher conductivity than electrolytic copper, which can effectively improve conductivity.
